Etheric Art is an interactive and immersive hypnotic art therapy that I uniquely created directly from my inner spark of creativity. As a hypnotherapist who is also a creative writer, I combined the cultivation of creativity with my knowledge of the deeply hidden insight that our subconscious mind provides us, to allow for, and ignite effortless flow in creativity and in life.
I found that if you want creativity in your work and in your life, it is necessary to nurture and cultivate creativity first. When this is done, you awaken your creative spark—your muse—and make a subconscious connection with your own mind to open the door of creativity and keep it open and flowing.
This understanding led to the creation of Etheric Art. Through an easy process of creating art, while focusing on a topic that is a beneficial quality of a successful creator, your subconscious mind provides hidden insight within your art piece and opens the flow of creativity for your endeavors. With this process, no prior art training, skill, talent, or background is necessary for any of the art creation exercises. The complete process typically only requires an average of a 3–4-hours of monthly time commitment. However, you can take as much or as little time as you wish.

How It Works

In this 3-part process, we have created simple, creativity-invoking art projects with the supplies and art goodies delivered to you monthly in a mystery box, along with an instructional video outlining each month’s process and a link to a “Release and Relax” meditation session to prepare you for creativity. After you complete your art exercise, join the Etheric Art group for the monthly live-online, group hypnotic art interpretation session led by our certified hypnotherapist.
Each month’s art topic is inspired by and based on qualities that successful artists and creators possess. You have the freedom to create your art project at your leisure, any time of day that suits your schedule, before the monthly scheduled “Hypnotic Art Interpretation” session. During this session you are able to get into a deeply relaxed state and consciously let go of all other worries and stressors.
This facilitates your ability to connect with and interpret the deep wisdom and insight that your subconscious mind has to offer. Here, you are able to connect with your creative spark and interpret the message behind your art creation. This allows for introspection, the release of blocks to creativity, and a different perspective of awareness on each month’s creativity topic.
